What you will do

• Perform pre-funding quality audits to ensure compliance with lender policies and monitor for fraud risk.
• Execute monetary adjustments to borrower accounts and resolve escalated concerns from partners or vendors.
• Generate and review portfolio reporting for financial partners.
• Conduct periodic audits of loan documents and borrower communications for accuracy.
• Review sampled calls from internal and external teams to ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to advise on borrower disputes and complaints.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in loan servicing, loan processing, risk operations, or QA within a financial institution or fintech.
• Understanding of basic lending, credit, and banking industry regulations.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite and Mac navigation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, evolving environment.
• Must be able to create a dedicated, distraction-free workspace for remote work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
