Location: Must be based in or able to work from Berlin, Germany

What you will do

  • Define and execute sales action plans to meet and exceed revenue goals in the DACH region.
  • Build, develop, and manage a robust sales pipeline through prospecting and qualifying opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to design and execute effective campaigns.
  • Steer business development and pre-sales representatives to reach individual and team targets.
  • Provide regular pipeline reporting and accurate sales forecasting to management.
  • Travel regularly to customer locations and industry events.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a high-velocity software environment.
  • Fluent in English and German (C2 level) is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of consistent overachievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory.
  • Strong consultancy skills with the ability to understand complex technical product suites.
  • Self-directed, resourceful, and highly motivated personality with a strong work ethic.
  • Domain knowledge in SaaS, CSM, CRM, or ITSM is highly advantageous.
