What you will do

• Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and unmet customer needs in the Japanese healthcare sector.
• Define the strategic product vision and development roadmap for the local digital portfolio.
• Lead opportunity assessments and prioritize new features based on value and feasibility.
• Facilitate alignment across global and local stakeholders including technology, UX, marketing, and sales.
• Support go-to-market and launch planning activities in collaboration with customer-facing teams.
• Champion agile methodologies and ensure data-informed, customer-centric outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 4–6 years of experience in digital product management.
• Proven track record in education, healthcare, or related technology industries.
• Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum and design thinking methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to guide decisions.
