What you will do

• Identify customer pain points to translate them into innovative product solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to release and iteration.
• Drive agile execution including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story prioritization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and operations to ensure successful delivery.
• Define and track KPIs to evaluate product performance and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
• Mentor junior product managers and foster a user-centric, innovation-focused culture.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in tech solution building, product management, or client implementation within B2B environments.
• Proven track record of successfully building and scaling product and tech solutions.
• Strong ability to identify challenges, think critically, and devise innovative solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts.
• Strong leadership qualities to manage projects independently and guide cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with Gen AI and LLM technologies is highly preferred.
