What you will do

• Define and champion the product vision and strategic roadmap aligned with overarching business goals and IT strategy.
• Lead the discovery of business challenges and translate them into clear product objectives and a prioritized backlog.
• Oversee the entire solution lifecycle from conceptualization and requirements gathering to deployment and optimization.
• Design future-state processes, developing comprehensive user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews to ensure iterative value delivery.
• Act as the primary interface between global business stakeholders, development teams, and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience, with at least 5 years in a combined BA and PO leadership role in a large global organization.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic product management and deep business process re-engineering.
• Expert-level understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Strong understanding of ITSM principles and frameworks such as ITIL.
• Proficiency with product management tools (Jira, Confluence) and process modeling software.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Certifications: CSPO, PSPO, CBAP, PMI-ACP, or ITIL 4 Foundation.
