What you will do

• Define the product roadmap and drive end-to-end delivery for digital solutions and user journeys.
• Translate user and business needs into high-level requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Experience Design to create journey maps, service blueprints, and user flows for Healthcare Professionals (HCP).
• Monitor product performance using KPIs and data-driven insights to provide continuous improvement recommendations.
• Manage the product backlog and prioritize features balancing user value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Partner with UX Research and Design to synthesize usability testing and user interviews.

Requirements

• Must be currently authorized to work in Poland (no sponsorship provided).
• 5+ years of professional experience in product management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver digital products/services.
• Expertise in product discovery and delivery methods using modern PM platforms and tools.
• Advanced business analysis skills, including process definition and KPI tracking.
• Professional English proficiency (B2/C1) is required.

Nice to have

• Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or Finance.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries (e.g., GDPR).
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or Kanban environments.
• Proficiency with analytics (Adobe, Tableau, Google Analytics) or design tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
