What you will do

• Drive the technical sales process by conducting detailed client discovery and needs analysis.
• Deliver persona-tailored technical demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to define value propositions and align software solutions with client requirements.
• Lead technical tender responses and coordinate with internal teams to ensure feasible solution design.
• Support the implementation and customer success teams during the post-sales handover process.
• Cultivate long-term client relationships to generate referrals and reference customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Management Information Systems.
• 5+ years of experience in a Solution Engineer or Pre-Sales Consultant role.
• Fluent in English.
• Proven experience in complex consultative selling and software system implementation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to create big-picture software solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
