Location: Must be based in Seattle, WA. This role is hybrid and requires up to 50% travel.

Compensation: $144,500–$216,500 OTE (including bonus/commission).

What you will do

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to prospective customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, value-driven narratives.
• Partner with sales, marketing, security, and product teams to drive strategic growth.
• Mentor and support other Solutions Consultants on the team.
• Lead technical thought leadership across various industry verticals and markets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure long-term customer partnership success.

Requirements

• Must be based in Seattle and willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Proven experience in Pre-sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success.
• Strong domain knowledge in at least two of the following: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, or Analytics.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team player.
• High level of intellectual curiosity and a bias toward action.
