Compensation: $150,000 – $170,000 OTE

What you will do

• Conduct structured discovery to identify and quantify operational inefficiencies in patient processing.
• Deliver highly customized product demonstrations focused on solving specific prospect challenges.
• Architect and build tailored Proof of Concepts using the platform to move deals forward.
• Create compelling current/future state process maps to visualize business impact.
• Partner with Account Executives to own deal strategy and stakeholder management.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business outcomes for operational and clinical leaders.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a technical customer-facing B2B SaaS role.
• Hands-on technical ability to configure software, work with APIs, and manage sandbox environments.
• Fluency in security and compliance standards, including the ability to interpret SOC 2 reports and technical controls.
• Strong technical foundation, with a CS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to build credibility with both operational buyers and technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare verticals such as DME, infusion, specialty pharmacy, or home health.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
