TL;DR

What you will do

  • Serve as trusted advisor and primary liaison for a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, creating strategic engagement plans.
  • Drive account growth by identifying expansion opportunities and executing upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Proactively manage contract renewals and maintain high retention through ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Lead executive business reviews (EBRs) and deliver performance reporting, roadmap alignment, and risk mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success to ensure onboarding, adoption, and escalation resolution.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to position hirify.global as a strategic partner in clients’ long-term IT strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or consultative sales (preferably in SaaS, MSP, or IT services).
  • Proven track record managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and achieving account growth and retention goals.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with experience engaging senior-level executives and IT decision-makers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and storytelling.
  • Experience building and executing strategic account plans.

Nice to have

  • Background in IT management software, cybersecurity solutions, or managed service provider ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA is a plus.
