What you will do
- Serve as trusted advisor and primary liaison for a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts, creating strategic engagement plans.
- Drive account growth by identifying expansion opportunities and executing upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- Proactively manage contract renewals and maintain high retention through ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Lead executive business reviews (EBRs) and deliver performance reporting, roadmap alignment, and risk mitigation plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success to ensure onboarding, adoption, and escalation resolution.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to position as a strategic partner in clients’ long-term IT strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or consultative sales (preferably in SaaS, MSP, or IT services).
- Proven track record managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and achieving account growth and retention goals.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with experience engaging senior-level executives and IT decision-makers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and storytelling.
- Experience building and executing strategic account plans.
Nice to have
- Background in IT management software, cybersecurity solutions, or managed service provider ecosystems.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA is a plus.
