What you will do

  • Represent the hirify.global Platform as a solution sales executive, partnering with account managers and pre-sales teams to drive enterprise adoption.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders in business and technology to identify and address urgent decision management challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal domain experts and architects to formulate and position compelling solution proposals.
  • Manage sales cycles to meet quarterly and annual targets within a dedicated set of enterprise accounts.
  • Educate customers on the business value of leveraging the hirify.global Platform for customer journeys, data strategy, and analytics.
  • Ensure long-term client satisfaction and profitable growth through a consultative and collaborative sales approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in enterprise technology sales.
  • Proven track record of building relationships and understanding complex business and technology challenges.
  • Experience selling complex enterprise software solutions to large clients in the financial services or banking sector.
  • Deep interest in the application of data, machine learning, AI, and optimization within SaaS offerings.
  • Strong soft skills with a passion for educating customers and collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the business week to engage directly with customers.
