What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to acquire and expand large national insurance accounts.
  • Build and maintain senior executive relationships across Claims, IT, and Operations departments.
  • Lead consultative discovery processes to align client business challenges with AI-driven solutions.
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and qualification to contract execution.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Data Science, and Customer Success teams to deliver cohesive value.
  • Manage pipeline forecasting and CRM hygiene to ensure predictable revenue outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in quota-bearing technology sales roles.
  • 7+ years of experience managing Fortune 50 accounts in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Extensive background in deal strategy, construction, and complex negotiations.
  • Proven ability to engage and present effectively to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
  • Strong drive for results with a high standard of quality and accountability.
  • Knowledge of the insurance or financial services industry is strongly preferred.
