TL;DR

Account Manager (ENT/Strategic): Managing and maximizing sales opportunities within assigned enterprise and strategic customer accounts, with an accent on promoting additional products and services and achieving monthly sales quotas. Focus on building strong relationships, identifying key decision makers, and articulating value propositions for hirify.global's full suite of cybersecurity products.

Location: Hybrid, New York, New York area only

Salary: $200,000–$210,000 (including base, bonuses, and commissions)

What you will do

  • Promote and sell hirify.global's range of cybersecurity products and services to enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential cross-sale, add-on, and upgrade opportunities.
  • Identify key decision makers while developing and qualifying sales opportunities.
  • Articulate the value proposition of hirify.global’s full suite of products to improve customer security awareness.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas and targets.
  • Work with Customer Success Managers and Renewal Specialists to increase ARR and product adoption.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in Cybersecurity, with a proven track record selling to EVP and C-level.
  • Experience selling deals $500K+ in the Enterprise segment and managing complex, multi-year deals.
  • Demonstrated expertise in value-based and consultative selling methodologies.
  • Executive-level presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) for pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
  • English proficiency required, along with a general understanding of Human Risk Management, network/email security, SIEM/SOAR, Zero Trust, and Cloud security architecture.
