What you will do

  • Grow and develop the inbound and outbound sales functions, including aftersales and conversion.
  • Own sales team targets and metrics through structured planning and execution.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention for key brand clients.
  • Oversee the CRM system and manage the full customer journey.
  • Develop market and customer understanding to inform product, pricing, and strategy.
  • Manage client relationships and resolve disputes.

Requirements

  • German: Native level required
  • Professional English proficiency
  • Must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate
  • 3+ years of experience in sales with team leadership or mentoring experience.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, pipelines, and data-driven decision making.
  • Genuine interest in AI-native tools and workflow automation.
