What you will do
- Drive end-to-end commercial sales cycles including outbound prospecting and expansion of existing strategic accounts.
- Navigate complex buying environments with multiple stakeholders, business units, and decision-making groups.
- Articulate the strategic value of the hirify.global Controls Platform to executive-level buyers.
- Manage commercial negotiations, non-standard deal terms, and contract execution.
- Maintain high-fidelity pipeline and forecast accuracy using HubSpot.
- Partner with Customer Success teams to drive expansion and renewals post-signature.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of executive buying dynamics in large regulated financial institutions.
- Understanding of regulatory pressures, business models, and operational challenges within core vertical markets.
- Proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder deals with multiple approval paths.
- Experience in strategic account lifecycle management and commercial stewardship.
- Proficiency in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene.
- Must be available for on-site work in Tysons, Virginia 2 days per week.
