TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Fintech): Driving revenue growth and expanding the footprint of an AI-powered compliance platform within strategic enterprise accounts in the financial services sector with an accent on complex deal leadership and stakeholder management. Focus on outbound prospecting, navigating large-scale organizational buying processes, and delivering strategic value through consultative sales cycles.

Location: Hybrid, must be based in or able to commute to the Tysons, Virginia area (expectation of 2 days per week in office).

What you will do

  • Drive end-to-end commercial sales cycles including outbound prospecting and expansion of existing strategic accounts.
  • Navigate complex buying environments with multiple stakeholders, business units, and decision-making groups.
  • Articulate the strategic value of the hirify.global Controls Platform to executive-level buyers.
  • Manage commercial negotiations, non-standard deal terms, and contract execution.
  • Maintain high-fidelity pipeline and forecast accuracy using HubSpot.
  • Partner with Customer Success teams to drive expansion and renewals post-signature.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of executive buying dynamics in large regulated financial institutions.
  • Understanding of regulatory pressures, business models, and operational challenges within core vertical markets.
  • Proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder deals with multiple approval paths.
  • Experience in strategic account lifecycle management and commercial stewardship.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene.
  • Must be available for on-site work in Tysons, Virginia 2 days per week.
