Salary: $120,000–$153,000 (OTE)

What you will do
- Own the global sales capacity model to ensure the organization scales effectively in alignment with budget and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain forecasting models for headcount needs across all revenue teams.
- Design and optimize sales coverage models to maximize market penetration and productivity.
- Define and refine sales roles, responsibilities, and organizational structures.
- Build scenario models to evaluate the impact of strategic changes during planning cycles.
- Design and implement sales compensation and incentive plans to drive desired behaviors.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Strategy.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales capacity planning, coverage modeling, and compensation design.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
- MBA or similar advanced degree.
- Experience within the SaaS or technology industry.
