Salary: $120,000–$153,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Own the global sales capacity model to ensure the organization scales effectively in alignment with budget and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain forecasting models for headcount needs across all revenue teams.
  • Design and optimize sales coverage models to maximize market penetration and productivity.
  • Define and refine sales roles, responsibilities, and organizational structures.
  • Build scenario models to evaluate the impact of strategic changes during planning cycles.
  • Design and implement sales compensation and incentive plans to drive desired behaviors.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Sales Strategy.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales capacity planning, coverage modeling, and compensation design.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics.
  • MBA or similar advanced degree.
  • Experience within the SaaS or technology industry.
