TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the US. If residing within commutable distance to an office, a hybrid schedule (3 days in office) is required; otherwise, remote work is available.

Salary: $132,000 – $156,000 per year

What you will do

  • Manage support functions essential to sales force productivity, including planning and process optimization.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reporting on pipeline trends, key metrics, and KPIs.
  • Develop Gap to Goal analysis to evaluate sales performance against quotas.
  • Identify and implement business process and workflow improvements to drive data accuracy.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Assist with sales compensation design, territory planning, and quota setting.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US.
  • 8+ years of experience in Finance, Sales Operations, or a related function.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or manager level role.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically SFDC or MSFT Dynamics.
  • Required proficiency in Snowflake.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or MS Power BI.
