Salary: $132,000 – $156,000 per year

What you will do
- Manage support functions essential to sales force productivity, including planning and process optimization.
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on pipeline trends, key metrics, and KPIs.
- Develop Gap to Goal analysis to evaluate sales performance against quotas.
- Identify and implement business process and workflow improvements to drive data accuracy.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives.
- Assist with sales compensation design, territory planning, and quota setting.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US.
- 8+ years of experience in Finance, Sales Operations, or a related function.
- 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or manager level role.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, specifically SFDC or MSFT Dynamics.
- Required proficiency in Snowflake.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or MS Power BI.
