Braze Alliance and Sales Lead (SaaS): Driving strategic partnership growth and revenue generation for hirify.global Enterprise Solutions with an accent on executive relationship management, joint business planning, and co-sell coordination. Focus on building internal capabilities, scaling pipeline development, and leveraging Braze ecosystem expertise to deliver transformational growth for global clients.

Location: Must be based in the US (ideally Tri-state area). The role follows a hybrid work model with 4 days per week in the office.

Salary: $100,000 – $230,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own the global relationship health and executive engagement for Braze partnerships.
  • Drive net new pipeline generation and closed business through partner-sourced leads and co-sell motions.
  • Negotiate joint business plans, annual commitments, and MDF funding requests.
  • Build internal enablement programs to scale Braze capabilities and GTM motions across the agency.
  • Represent the agency at partner advisory councils, summits, and industry events.
  • Lead and develop a team of alliance professionals in a matrixed organizational structure.

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience in alliance management, partner development, or technology sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of managing Tier-1 technology partnerships and driving significant revenue impact.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, or systems integration environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and partner intelligence.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to work in a hybrid capacity.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Braze or comparable platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Journey Optimizer.
  • Experience driving $25M+ in partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Google Cloud or marketing technology certifications.
  • MBA degree.
