Salary: $115,800 - $138,350

What you will do
- Own the administration and optimization of the sales technology stack to align with business priorities.
- Design and maintain scalable workflows, automations, and operational processes to improve data quality.
- Manage account and opportunity routing logic across platforms like LeanData and Chili Piper.
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales leadership to identify efficiency and execution improvements.
- Lead cross-functional projects including technology implementations and operational scaling initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI to automate manual tasks and improve operational standards.
Requirements
- Must be based in the Greater Chicago Area.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Systems within a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Deep experience administering sales technologies such as Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Chili Piper, or LeanData.
- Strong understanding of sales process design, routing logic, and system governance.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional operational projects from requirements to implementation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce administration, reporting, and workflow management.
- Experience implementing automation and AI-driven productivity initiatives.
- Familiarity with GTM systems architecture and integrations.
- Experience supporting global Sales organizations or Sales Development teams.
