TL;DR

Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (AI): Driving ambitious growth plans across the U.S. by owning complex technical and business-critical searches with an accent on high-impact hiring for engineering and GTM functions. Focus on building high-quality pipelines, advising leadership, and scaling the organization with speed and consistency in a high-growth AI environment.

Location: Must be based in New York and able to work from the office 2-3 days per week

Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for senior, high-impact GTM and Product roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define priorities, profiles, and market strategies.
  • Build and maintain high-quality pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
  • Use data and market insights to influence hiring strategy and improve funnel metrics.
  • Apply structured, inclusive hiring practices to ensure consistent decision-making.
  • Evolve recruiting workflows, tools, and processes to support organizational scale.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup, scale-up, or high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of owning senior, complex, or high-priority searches.
  • Strong sourcing ability with experience in competitive talent markets.
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting tools like Greenhouse or Ashby.
  • Must be based in New York and able to work from the office 2-3 days per week.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to use funnel insights to improve outcomes.
