Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for senior, high-impact GTM and Product roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define priorities, profiles, and market strategies.
- Build and maintain high-quality pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
- Use data and market insights to influence hiring strategy and improve funnel metrics.
- Apply structured, inclusive hiring practices to ensure consistent decision-making.
- Evolve recruiting workflows, tools, and processes to support organizational scale.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup, scale-up, or high-growth SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of owning senior, complex, or high-priority searches.
- Strong sourcing ability with experience in competitive talent markets.
- Hands-on experience with recruiting tools like Greenhouse or Ashby.
- Must be based in New York and able to work from the office 2-3 days per week.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to use funnel insights to improve outcomes.
