Location: Sydney, Australia (Hybrid: 3 days in-office per week)
Compensation: Base $52,500 - $87,500 AUD, OTE $105,000 - $175,000 AUD

What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing deals.
- Scale presence in semi-pro and community sports markets, specifically AFL and Rugby League.
- Execute high-volume outbound activity and conduct product demonstrations.
- Onboard and support hundreds of community clubs to professionalize their workflows.
- Travel across Australia to meet customers at local clubs and weekend tournaments.
Requirements
- 1+ years of B2B sales, BDR/SDR, or account management experience.
- Deep passion for and understanding of AFL and/or Rugby League.
- Ability to organize and manage high-volume pipelines and outreach.
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Must be based in Sydney and available for regular travel across Australia.
Nice to have
- Direct experience with local grassroots sports clubs or sports management.
- Background in selling SaaS or data-driven products.
- Familiarity with structured sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting.
