What you will do

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor during the sales process to prospective customers.
• Translate complex business challenges into innovative, effective technical solutions.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations that highlight the value of the hirify.global platform.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to build narratives that resonate with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve internal processes to drive efficiency within the Solutions Consulting team.
• Travel as required to support business segments and customer engagements.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Proven track record in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering.
• Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Growth mindset with a passion for learning new technologies and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment based in Madrid.
• Strong collaborative skills and experience working within cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Professional fluency in French or Italian.
• Experience with mobile marketing automation, email, SMS, and API integrations.
