What you will do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of Adobe-based marketing solutions.
- Configure and implement business rules, automations, and new features within Adobe marketing platforms.
- Translate business requirements from marketers into technical specifications for Adobe solutions.
- Utilize Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to manage data audiences and segments.
- Perform rigorous testing and QA to ensure the reliability of campaign configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain a seamless user experience.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in application consulting, marketing technology, or campaign operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with campaign execution, configuration, and marketing automation workflows.
- Subject matter expertise in Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo Engage, or Braze.
- Advanced understanding of campaign lifecycles, including requirements assessment, build, testing, and deployment.
- Ability to independently assess, develop, and maintain scalable campaign solutions.
- Strong understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and data-driven campaign logic.
Nice to have
- Relevant platform certifications such as AJO or Adobe Campaign certification.
- Passion for staying abreast of the latest AI developments in marketing technology.
