What you will do
- Lead and deliver complex sustainability-focused projects for large organizations.
- Contribute to the development of proposals and drive client engagement.
- Conduct extensive research and knowledge-building activities to shape effective solutions.
- Identify client needs and uncover new business opportunities within the sustainability domain.
- Immerse yourself in clients' organizational realities to understand their culture, processes, and behaviors.
Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience in strategy consulting.
- Strong interest in sustainability and its application across various sectors.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Proven ability to lead proposals and project workstreams independently.
- Must be based in or able to work from Spain (Barcelona or Madrid).
Nice to have
- Prior experience working on sustainability-related projects.
- Relevant professional certifications in sustainability.
