What you will do
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including business requirements analysis, technical design, implementation, integration, and testing.
- Architect and deploy AI and digital customer experience solutions.
- Identify project risks and define comprehensive mitigation plans.
- Collaborate closely with customers and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery.
- Travel internationally up to 30% of the time to support implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- Practical experience with AI and bot technologies, including Google Dialogflow and AWS Machine Learning services.
- Expertise in VUI and UX design for both voice and non-voice channels.
- Proven background in contact center technology and integrating software into large, complex environments.
- English: Fluent (C1) proficiency required.
- Location: Must be based in or able to work from Madrid.
Nice to have
- Previous experience with product implementations.
- Knowledge of industry-standard Consulting Services or Project Delivery best practices.
- Proficiency in Python, Data Science, and Machine Learning.
