TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager (Security): Driving growth across Atlantic Canada by promoting Axis network cameras, analytics, and access control solutions with an accent on partner ecosystem collaboration. Focus on building strategic relationships with integrators and end-users, executing regional business plans, and delivering technical product demonstrations.

Location: Must be based in Halifax. Remote candidates will not be considered.

Salary: $120K–$150K (Total compensation including base, commission, and car allowance)

What you will do

  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with prospects and existing customers across Atlantic Canada.
  • Develop and execute a regional business plan to consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct site visits, technical product demonstrations, and educational events to showcase Axis solutions.
  • Collaborate with integrators, distributors, and consultants to deliver customized security and network solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate activity forecasts using CRM platforms.
  • Participate in trade shows, seminars, and webinars to promote Axis products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of full-cycle sales experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in enterprise sales.
  • Must be based in Halifax.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time within the region.
  • Physical ability to lift 20-50 lbs occasionally.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in technology, security, or related industry backgrounds.
  • Strong technical background in cameras and computer networks.
  • French bilingualism.
  • Axis Certified Professional certification.
