Location: Must be based in the Greater Toronto Area (Weston, ON)

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000

What you will do

  • Manage and grow existing accounts within the Greater Toronto Area through consistent customer engagement.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client concerns and needs.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products by developing a deep understanding of the service offerings.
  • Coordinate with Customer Service and Operations to maintain high service levels.
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue projections on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to manage customer information and planning phases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Science, Chemistry, Business, or relevant equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B selling role in a related industry.
  • Ability to articulate how proposed solutions meet client business objectives.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM and Tableau for Data Analytics.
  • Knowledge of contract terms, principles, and profitability calculations.
