Location: Must be based in or near Chicago, IL (Hybrid role)

Compensation: $300,000–$449,000 OTE (including bonus/commission)

What you will do

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Emerging Enterprise Account Executives focused on new logo acquisition.
  • Build and execute strategies for outbound pipeline generation and deal acceleration.
  • Coach team members on value-based selling and navigating complex, competitive sales cycles.
  • Participate directly in prospect-facing engagements to help drive deals to closure.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales Operations to align on growth goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing a team of Emerging Enterprise sales executives.
  • Proven track record of recruiting, retaining, and developing top-tier sales talent.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to engage diverse customer personas across technical and marketing roles.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital and application trends, particularly in the mobile space.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience selling to Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Experience selling Mobile or Marketing Technology (MarTech) solutions.
