Location: Must be based in or near Chicago, IL (Hybrid role)
Compensation: $300,000–$449,000 OTE (including bonus/commission)

What you will do
- Lead, inspire, and develop a team of Emerging Enterprise Account Executives focused on new logo acquisition.
- Build and execute strategies for outbound pipeline generation and deal acceleration.
- Coach team members on value-based selling and navigating complex, competitive sales cycles.
- Participate directly in prospect-facing engagements to help drive deals to closure.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales Operations to align on growth goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales.
- At least 5 years of experience managing a team of Emerging Enterprise sales executives.
- Proven track record of recruiting, retaining, and developing top-tier sales talent.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to engage diverse customer personas across technical and marketing roles.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital and application trends, particularly in the mobile space.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

- Prior experience selling to Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Experience selling Mobile or Marketing Technology (MarTech) solutions.
