What you will do

• Ensure revenue and balance sheet accounts comply with ASC 606 and company policies.
• Review and validate data accuracy within the RevPro revenue system.
• Prepare journal entries and perform detailed analyses for the monthly close process.
• Reconcile deferred revenue, contract assets, and unbilled revenue.
• Maintain internal controls to support internal and external audits.
• Participate in system updates, new product evaluations, and acquisitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 1–3 years of experience in revenue recognition or related accounting roles.
• Must be based in California, USA.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, and Audit teams.

Nice to have

• CPA certification or public accounting experience.
• In-depth knowledge of ASC 606, particularly for SAAS revenue models.
• Experience with SFDC, RevPro (Zuora Revenue), and Workday.
• Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, data modeling).
