What you will do

  • Develop account plans and approach target customers via outbound techniques to uncover needs.
  • Transform marketing qualified leads into sales opportunities through education and relationship building.
  • Schedule product demonstrations and introductory meetings between account executives and prospects.
  • Maintain and expand the prospect database while updating lead status in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.
  • Manage live chats and phone calls to follow up on leads from various marketing sources.

Requirements

  • Must be legally permitted to work in Japan.
  • Over 2 years of experience in outbound prospecting or inside sales, preferably within Tech/SaaS.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn product solutions.
  • Ability to analyze business opportunities and manage time effectively with little supervision.
