What you will do

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound activities.
  • Conduct high-level discovery calls with C-suite executives and VPs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute territory-specific go-to-market strategies.
  • Articulate the value proposition of cybersecurity solutions and manage complex objections.
  • Utilize phone, email, and social channels to expand market reach.
  • Provide high-touch customer service and coordinate support escalations as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Tokyo, Japan
  • Native or near-native Japanese proficiency required
  • Proven experience in inside sales or new business development within the IT/SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound sales activities, including cold calling.
  • Strong presentation skills for both in-person and virtual environments.
  • Ability to quickly learn and articulate complex technical concepts.

  • Prior experience in the cybersecurity industry.
