What you will do

• Partner with Sales to design AI-powered CX strategies and solutions for enterprise customers.
• Own end-to-end technical selling motions to support new logo acquisitions.
• Deliver engaging proofs of value, including demonstrations, workshops, and pilots.
• Design and recommend system architectures using cloud services, APIs, and AI agents.
• Articulate AI workflows and build business cases tied to ROI and operational efficiency.
• Support RFx processes with strong technical contributions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Proven experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or solutions architecture.
• Strong background or interest in CX, CCaaS, and AI workflows.
• Demonstrated understanding of cloud architectures, APIs, and integrations.
• AI fluency with a portfolio as proof.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to translate technical concepts into business value.
