What you will do

• Lead the adoption and implementation of Amazon Connect solutions to drive positive outcomes for enterprise clients.
• Perform technology audits and assessments to determine the ROI of migrating to the CCaaS AWS Connect platform.
• Facilitate business process reviews and translate high-level goals into actionable, well-structured technical user stories.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to design and approve cloud-native architectures following industry best practices.
• Act as a technical liaison between business stakeholders and implementation teams to manage expectations and priorities.
• Develop comprehensive customer end-user training and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia.
• Proven experience in customer-facing contact center consulting and pre-sales.
• Advanced expertise in AWS services, Cloudformation, Contact Flow Design, Lambda, and Lex integration.
• Hands-on scripting/coding proficiency in Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js.
• Deep knowledge of communications protocols (WebRTC, SIP) and API integration.
• Relevant certifications: AWS (Cloud Practitioner, Developer, or Solution Architect) and Salesforce Certified Administrator.

Nice to have

• Experience with other CCaaS platforms such as Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, or Twilio.
• Familiarity with WorkForce Management (WFM) solutions and outbound dialer campaign management.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and frameworks including Jenkins, GitLab, and CodeDeploy.
