Location: Must be based in Mexico or the specified LATAM region (Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Venezuela) with travel required.

What you will do
- Lead the technical pre-sales process, including discovery, planning, and execution of Proof-of-Concepts (POC).
- Design and champion complex security solutions including DLP, CASB, and Insider Risk management.
- Build and maintain strong technical rapport with customers and prospects through in-person and remote engagement.
- Collaborate with account managers to develop and execute targeted account penetration strategies.
- Provide critical customer insights to Product Management and Engineering teams to influence product development.
- Deliver technical training and presentations to internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering or related technical roles.
- Strong background in Data Security, Insider Risk, or Cybersecurity market landscapes.
- Expertise in Enterprise DLP, CASB, Insider Threat Management, or DSPM technologies.
- Proven ability to architect solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Excellent technical presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned LATAM territory as required by the role.
Nice to have
- CISSP or equivalent industry certification.
- Advanced degree in a relevant technical field.
