What you will do
- Lead and prioritize annual sales plans and provide accurate forecasting using Salesforce.com to meet revenue objectives.
- Create engagement opportunities, prospect, negotiate, and manage contracts for referral partners across channels.
- Conduct strategic business reviews with customers, partners, and internal teams to build pipeline and key relationships.
- Coordinate communications, define service levels, and collaborate across departments for sales support and partner programs.
- Leverage products for revenue growth and recommend strategies based on market research and competitor analysis.
- Build, develop, and manage sales teams through hiring, onboarding, training, and talent retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (relevant field preferred; experience may substitute).
- Minimum 8 years related professional experience, including 3-4 years in a supervisory position.
