What you will do
- Own and drive Kasten revenue growth and new logo acquisition across assigned territories in Latin America.
- Develop territory plans focused on install-base expansion and cross-sell opportunities.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive decision makers.
- Partner with Account Managers and Channel Partners to develop coordinated account strategies.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to deliver technical discovery sessions and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting within CRM systems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience in infrastructure, cloud, or cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue quotas in highly competitive markets.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% across Latin America and occasionally internationally.
- Experience managing long sales cycles with multiple technical and business stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience selling Kubernetes platforms, DevOps solutions, or data resilience technologies.
- Familiarity with Red Hat OpenShift, AWS EKS, Azure AKS, GKE, or VMware Tanzu.
- Fluency in Portuguese.
- Previous experience in a high-growth technology company or startup environment.
