What you will do

  • Own and drive Kasten revenue growth and new logo acquisition across assigned territories in Latin America.
  • Develop territory plans focused on install-base expansion and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive decision makers.
  • Partner with Account Managers and Channel Partners to develop coordinated account strategies.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to deliver technical discovery sessions and proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting within CRM systems.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of successful enterprise software sales experience in infrastructure, cloud, or cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue quotas in highly competitive markets.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% across Latin America and occasionally internationally.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles with multiple technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling Kubernetes platforms, DevOps solutions, or data resilience technologies.
  • Familiarity with Red Hat OpenShift, AWS EKS, Azure AKS, GKE, or VMware Tanzu.
  • Fluency in Portuguese.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth technology company or startup environment.
