What you will do
- Own end-to-end relationships for high-value accounts and align business goals with the platform.
- Oversee the customer lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and retention of assigned clients.
- Conduct regular onsite visits to maintain alignment with key stakeholders.
- Advise customers on product best practices and identify expansion opportunities.
- Close renewals and drive net revenue growth within the portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve account issues and conduct periodic business reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a tech environment.
- Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
- Proven experience managing large and complex accounts.
- Proficiency in data manipulation using GSuite, Microsoft Excel, and Looker.
- Analytical and metrics-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Must be based in Mexico (Mexico City) to support required onsite visits.
Nice to have
- Background in e-commerce, fraud, or payments industries.
- Proficiency in Portuguese.
