What you will do

• Collaborate with sales staff to identify client requirements and recommend optimal product solutions.

• Utilize in-depth product knowledge to advance global commerce capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the payments industry.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Deep understanding of card program management, chargebacks, and fraud prevention.
• Expertise in mobile and instant payment technologies.
• Experience supporting sales teams and partnering with senior management.
• Familiarity with competitors and their product ecosystems.
