What you will do

  • Qualify and develop inbound and outbound sales accepted leads and respond to product inquiries.
  • Gather actionable account intelligence (competition, projects, purchase intent) for assigned accounts.
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and convert initial interest into sales accepted leads.
  • Run email campaigns and cold-calling campaigns to generate new sales prospects.
  • Track all customer communications accurately in Salesforce.com and schedule product demonstrations with the Sales team.
  • Define and execute an account-based sales strategy for the Italian region in collaboration with Account Management and Marketing.

Requirements

  • Fluent Italian and English language skills required.
  • Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written), plus strong organizational skills.
  • Previous experience working and succeeding in a goal-driven environment.
  • Competitive personality and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with solutions deployable in private or public clouds is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM is a bonus.
