What you will do

  • Generate qualified pipeline for Account Executive team via cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn, and multi-channel sequences
  • Research target accounts and map stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Leadership to find the right entry points
  • Run discovery conversations to understand how development teams work, what slows them down, and where Cursor fits
  • Partner with AEs on account strategies and ensure clean handoff of opportunities as deals progress
  • Meet weekly activity targets and monthly qualified meeting goals
  • Collect market intelligence on messaging, objections, and what resonates to improve the playbook

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or business development (SDR/BDR experience in SaaS or developer tools is a strong plus)
  • Fluency in French for French-speaking outreach and conversations
  • Clear writing and speaking skills; ability to explain a complex product simply and tailor messaging to a technical audience
  • Strong self-starter mindset with ownership of pipeline generation (no waiting for inbound leads)
  • Organized, data-driven approach to tracking activity and iterating based on results
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection while maintaining momentum
