What you will do
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute targeted account penetration strategies.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and prospects during the pre-sales process.
- Deliver high-impact product demonstrations addressing current cyber threats.
- Lead technical discovery, planning, and execution of Proof-of-Concept (POC) and production evaluations.
- Design and champion complex security solutions across the entire product portfolio.
- Mentor new team members and contribute to internal documentation and training initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on technical experience in sales engineering, systems engineering, or security engineering.
- Must be based in Tennessee with the ability to travel for in-person customer meetings.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale evaluations and complex systems for enterprise clients.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively from technical staff to C-suite.
- Experience in enterprise or cloud security, including SaaS platforms, messaging, or network security.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to have
- Certifications such as CISSP or other relevant cyber-security/cloud security credentials.
- Knowledge of directory services (AD, Azure AD, LDAP) and email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Familiarity with security frameworks like MITRE or NIST.
