What you will do
- Act as the Technical Sales Lead throughout the pre-sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted account penetration strategies.
- Design and champion complex People-Centric Security solutions across the entire portfolio.
- Provide customer insights to Product Management and Engineering teams.
- Present at industry seminars and trade shows.
- Become an expert in email security, threat response, and data loss prevention.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and German is essential.
- Proven hands-on experience in a customer-facing technical role within the cybersecurity industry.
- Track record of managing relationships with large enterprise clients.
- Strong knowledge of underlying protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and SMTP.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise email solutions like O365 or G-Suite.
- Knowledge of email authentication standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO, NIST, and MITRE.
- Experience with cloud security and shadow IT.
