What you will do

  • Design and implement a regional sales strategy to exceed revenue targets in the DACH region.
  • Build strategic relationships with CISOs, CTOs, and other executive leadership to drive adoption.
  • Lead end-to-end complex enterprise sales cycles and demonstrate measurable ROI.
  • Partner with Sales Engineers, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Cultivate relationships with channel partners, cloud providers, and key influencers.
  • Maintain data-driven forecasting and pipeline rigor using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Proven success in closing large, complex enterprise deals across EMEA.
  • Domain expertise in cybersecurity, cloud, or DevOps.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding revenue targets in fast-growing tech companies.
  • Mastery of structured sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Outstanding presentation, storytelling, and negotiation abilities.
