What you will do
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners including VARs, system integrators, and MSPs.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle from lead generation and contract negotiation to performance optimization.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies and co-marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to target high-potential partners in cybersecurity, ERP, and cloud infrastructure.
- Build and maintain relationships with partner executives through regular business reviews.
- Track partner performance using KPIs and provide regular reporting and forecasting.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B solution sales to large accounts.
- Native Italian and good English language skills are required.
- Proven track record in managing the full sales cycle from acquisition to deal closing.
- Experience in selling SaaS, mobile applications, or EMM/MDM solutions is a strong asset.
- Valid driver’s license for frequent local travel is required.
- Ability to work remotely from a dedicated home office.
