Location: Must be based in or near Coppell, TX (Hybrid: 8 days/month onsite)

Compensation: $105,800 – $185,450 USD

What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle management of CCH Axcess Tax products to ensure regulatory compliance and workflow alignment.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive quarterly planning for one or more Agile development teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, marketing, and support teams to execute product initiatives.
• Implement Voice of Customer (VOC) activities to gather feedback and drive continuous product improvements.
• Monitor product performance, adoption metrics, and regulatory changes to proactively initiate updates.
• Present product vision, roadmap progress, and compliance updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technology product management.
• Proven experience managing SaaS products, preferably in tax or financial technology.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience leading Scrum teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with CCH Axcess Tax or similar tax compliance platforms.
• Knowledge of U.S. tax regulations and accounting firm workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and modern software development practices.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification.
