Senior Product Manager (Payments): Leading the strategy and execution for the payments platform within the Spend & Control alliance with an accent on payment orchestration, subscription management, and financial reconciliation. Location: Must be based within commuting distance of London or Boston hubs. Hybrid work model requires 3 days per week in-office. Relocation assistance available for eligible candidates.

What you will do

• Define the mission and roadmap for the payments squad aligned with company revenue and reliability goals.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Finance to deliver end-to-end payment solutions.
• Manage integrations with PSPs, acquirers, and banks to optimize payment performance.
• Drive improvements in latency, failure handling, and operational efficiency for financial processes.
• Act as the domain expert for payments, creating documentation and training materials.
• Lead cross-functional teams using a servant-leadership approach to remove blockers and foster innovation.

Requirements

• 7+ years in tech with at least 5+ years in Product Management.
• Proven experience in payments processing, orchestration, or subscription management.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts like reconciliation and invoicing.
• Ability to partner effectively with engineers on APIs and technical constraints.
• B2B mindset with experience solving complex problems for enterprise stakeholders.
• English proficiency required (official office language).
