What you will do
- Develop and execute territory strategies to grow revenue in Enterprise accounts and meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
- Position Wiz Cloud Security Solutions and deliver value-based selling aligned to measurable business outcomes.
- Lead strategic, multi-threaded sales engagements with technical buyers and executive sponsors.
- Conduct deep research and account planning to engage senior security decision-makers.
- Build and grow executive relationships, including CISO-level positioning with industry point-of-view insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executive teams; align with the partner ecosystem to optimize market opportunity.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in SaaS/security sales selling to large Enterprise accounts.
- Proven success in complex sales cycles with multi-stakeholder negotiations within the specified geographical territory.
- Strong value-based solution selling with a focus on tangible business outcomes.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, customer success, and sales operations.
- Strong communication, operational command, and strategic thinking skills.
- Must have the legal right to work in the country where the position is based; no visa sponsorship is offered.

- US base salary range: $152,000 — $177,500 USD (base salary only; bonus/equity/benefits not included).
