What you will do

  • Design and implement a regional sales strategy to generate new business and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CISOs, CTOs, and other executive leaders.
  • Own complex enterprise sales cycles from identification to closing.
  • Partner with Sales Engineers and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Cultivate relationships with channel partners and cloud providers to amplify market presence.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline management and accurate forecasting using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK with a history of closing large, complex deals in the region.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in fast-growing technology companies.
  • Deep domain expertise in cybersecurity, cloud, or DevOps sales.
  • Mastery of structured sales frameworks such as MEDDPICC.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Outstanding executive communication, storytelling, and negotiation abilities.
