What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve bookings and pipeline targets.
- Develop and execute territory strategies aligned with company growth priorities.
- Drive disciplined execution of forecasting, pipeline management, and sales process adherence.
- Foster a culture of accountability and customer-centric selling.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Engage with executive stakeholders to support strategic customer meetings and deal closures.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
- 3+ years of first-line sales leadership experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Proven track record of exceeding bookings and growth targets.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
- Experience selling cybersecurity, networking, cloud, or SaaS solutions.
