TL;DR

Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Identifying strategic enterprise accounts and executing prospecting strategies to drive pipeline growth with an accent on strategic outbound outreach and inbound lead qualification. Focus on reviving closed-lost opportunities and collaborating with Account Executives to penetrate high-value enterprise markets.

Location: Berlin, Germany (Hybrid). This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Identify and research strategic enterprise accounts to develop effective outbound outreach strategies.
  • Qualify and manage inbound enterprise leads to schedule high-value meetings for Account Executives.
  • Analyze closed-lost opportunities and existing customer books to identify cross-sell potential.
  • Coordinate tradeshows and events, executing strategic follow-ups to build a robust pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales to refine and execute enterprise prospecting strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience meeting call volume or talk-time goals within a quota-driven sales environment.
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to successfully demonstrate software to prospects.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask across several sales tools.
  • Must have valid work authorization for Germany (no visa sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Experience with SalesLoft or other sales engagement platforms.
